  9. With regard to DL Envelope printing and certain PPD files:

  11. Which printer and which PPD file were you using? I tried doing a DL envelope
  12. on my printer (a HP4M Plus) (and I had to make a fake DL envelope since
  13. we don't have any here in the US) and it worked fine. I chose a DL envelope
  14. from New Document, and chose DL envelope from Printing Preferences. The HP4M
  15. Plus supports the DL size so it was no problem.
